This is to acknowledge that I have received a site induction for Knocknagoum Wind Farm and have read and understood the contents and will abide by all the guidelines. If I notice anything untoward onsite I will notify the PSCS (WFSO Ltd) immediately.

I accept that it is my responsibility toa ensure that I have a signed risk assessment and method statement for the task that I am assigned to complete onsite and will only carry out what I have been instructed, trained and authorised to complete by my employer. If I have any queries or concerns I will raise them with my employer or the site PSCS, WFSO Ltd.

Upon completion of this induction you will receive an email with all relevant site H&S documents. Please review prior to coming to site and contact the OC for any queries.
