Site Entry Requirements

The following documents must be submitted to WFSO/WFO by all contractors prior to any works being carried out on site Site Induction:

Must be completed by all personnel before entering the site

  • Valid for 12 months from completion
  • All rules within the site induction must be followed while on site

Insurance Details
All relevant insurance certs (company insurance policies such as EL/PL etc.) must be submitted at
least 5 working days prior to the commencement of any works on site.

Company Safety Statement (including Health & Safety policy and Environmental policy)

  • Must be submitted at least 5 working days prior to the commencement of any works on site

Job Specific Risk Assessments/Method Statements

  • Must be submitted at least 5 working days prior to the commencement of any works on site to allow time for review by WFSO/WFO
  • Any changes to RAMS requested by WFSO/WFO must be resubmitted for review prior to commencement of any works on site
  • All works must be completed as specified in the Method Statement. WFSO/WFO will carry out periodic checks and reserve the right to halt work where there are breaches occurring
  • Where applicable, lifting plans/machinery certifications etc. must be submitted with RAMS

Training Records
The minimum requirement for entry to site is a valid safepass. WFSO/WFO will require other training certs dependant on the works being carried out. For any queries or information requests, please contact wfsoteam@turnkeydev.com
